This is the Farmer's Wife Sampler Quilt (20's)  Block 26 Cut Glass. I really like this one, partly because its name 'Cut Glass' really looks like a cut glass bowl you would serve a trifle in.  It has lots of little pieces and so this 4" block has about 51 pieces in it.  At the moment it is more of a diamond than a square, but that will be sorted once it is put into the final quilt.

    Great block! I especially like the delicate flowers you fussy cut for the squares. I've been very remiss in reading blogs this summer - looking forward to getting back to it this fall...
