With all that excitement over we are back to the regular red and white theme of this blog, with no other immediate projects in mind. I am happy to say that my Nearly Insane endeavours have inspired some of you, and Anna has written to say she plans to start one soon, having received the book for Christmas. We all look forward to seeing it soon!
You had a very productive 12 days of sewing!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors in your CS. It makes me think of Spring. Suzi is so cute doing her reading!

I love your red and white Nearly Insane quilt. I'm not brave enough to try one of those, at least not yet, but your random draw method looks so fun that it has enticed me to try a sampler style quilt for myself. All my quilts thus far have been one or two block patterns, but now I've picked 20 different star blocks and will be picking which one to do next randomly. Hey, it's a start, right? :)
ReplyDeleteHello Frances, I arrived here whilst blog hopping, I love your quilts, that you hand piece and that you love EPP, just like me. I was also pleased to see that you live in England, also like me! When I read that you had bought your first fabric down in Devon, I presumed that was a town in America, until I saw your profile :-)
ReplyDeleteHow lovely to meet a fellow Brit who is loving her quilting.
Well I'm off to carry on looking around your blog.
