I know there will lots of fans for Dear Jane block E1 Aunt Exie's Plox which is all applique and in that lovely traditional melon shape.  These were a nice size, so no drama there.

Suzi has been helping with the photography today.  Clearly there is something far more interesting going on in the garden.

    Okay, it's time to share your method of getting such perfection in your applique. I guess I expect deadly points, but the lack of wobble in the layout is amazing.

    Yes, melon/orange peel is so appealing. I forget how small these blocks are till seeing it with the kitty.

    You are working those purples!! I know you like the greens best and, yes, they are great but the purples makes them sing. LOVE IT!
