Here is the final block which I have redone. Back in March I did the Farmer's Wife Sampler Quilt (20's)  Block 97 - Waste Not, but it wasn't packing the punch that it needed, so rather than start again, I unpicked the centre and made the wheel a bit bolder.

    The first block wasn't bad, but this does stand out more. Good call, but sounds like tedious work. :)

    I have a strong memory of making Temperance Tree...or more correctly the unmaking of it. I know I had to pick it apart a few times. Yours is so perfect and Waste Not looks great to me too.
