Only nine pieces in this border block, TR9 Needlepoint.  I tried to make it more interesting by fussy cutting the fabric, but it isn't making much impact.

    ooohhh! the green is exciting! This quilt is getting awesome. The taupe which is your main or background so compliments your other color choices and makes your quilt lively.
    I see the basting. Do you applique all your pieces together instead of machine piecing? I baste my applique like that after everything is in place so I do not have to fool around with pins and pieces getting rearranged.
